You don't see enough Freij Wheels these days (not to be mistaken for the Ferris Wheel, invented by George W. Ferris). I spotted this one at a parking lot in Deira - part of the cancelled shopping festival activities, no doubt. Mr. Freij, wherever you are, thank you.
